Received Key to the City of Cincinnati 2 different times for his vision, creation and fund raising for a drug education program to teach kids and for his fund raiser roast for Children's Hospital.

Mayor proclaimed a day in 2001, Jeff Ruby Day in Cincinnati.

"Roasted" for AHEAD - televised by ABC affiliate. Sold out to 1,500 people.

Founder of A.H.E.A.D. - (Adolescent and Higher Education about Drugs) - a foundation aimed to make kids aware of the perils of drugs before they experiment with them. Raised $500,000 roasting celebrities Pete Rose and Tommy LaSorda.

"Roasted" for Cystic Fibrosis - Raised $250,000. Roast was a 1,200 seat sell-out televised on CBS affiliate Channel 12.

Raised - $35,000 for children of slain Cincinnati Police Officer in September of 2000.

Founded Adam Collinsworth Fund - within 10 days raised $250,000 for one of the Waterfront's busboys who became a quadriplegic last year after diving into a pool.

Guest Lecturer - Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration, Dean's Distinguished Lecture Series, November 12, 1999.

Guest Speaker - Many Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky elementary and high schools as well as college sports teams.

Keynote Speaker - NightClub & Bar annual convention.

Inducted into NightClub & Bar Hall of Fame with Hugh Heffner.
